Training workshops are custom designed for each Customer or Agency users to bring them to speed in all functionalities of the software applications.
After attending training workshops users have an in-depth understanding of the flexible and powerful features the WorkFINITY® BPRM driven applications, providing the Business Users an ability to drive the end-to-end business processes without any impact to the underlying programing code.
This knowledge greatly assists Business Users in strategizing new product offerings to their Customers.
